Monday Evenings - Extended hours

We offer late evening opening on Monday after 18:30 for pre-booked appointments.

The telephone switches over to the GP out-of-hours Service at 18:30 .

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly.

Telephone Advice

If you wish to speak to a doctor or nurse about a medical problem you can book a 5-10 minute telephone consultation instead. The receptionist will give you a time slot (usually an hour long) within which the doctor will call you back.

Text Message Reminders

The practice will send out text (SMS) messages to help people remember to keep their appointments.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please cancel your appointment / OR inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.

There is now a facility for you to cancel your appointments online.  To manage appointments you will need to access appointments via this website and log in with your username and password.  Please contact the surgery to get your username and password.
